Libya will honor its obligations to France

A Libyan official announced yesterday that the International Charity Foundation Kaddafi is putting the final touches with representatives of families of 170 victims who were killed in the explosion of the French Uta plane over Niger to finalize a compensation agreement and will complete the agreement before the end of the period set for completing this agreement by the end of October.
The Libyan official refused the reports which talked about French fears to that Tripoli will seek to escape paying the compensations after the consequence of the sanctions have been eliminated.
