Mubarak- Chirac forthcoming summit discuss the developments of Palestine, Iraqi issues

In a statement, the Elysee place announced that the forthcoming summit between Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak and President Jacque Chirac in Paris will be held on Monday to deal with two urgent issues on the international arenas. They are the Middle East question and the development of conditions in Iraq.
An official source at the French presidency said that the two presidents will discuss preparing means before the new Palestinian prime minister Ahmad Qrei in providing success to his mission in halting the deterioration of conditions in the occupied territories, implementing the Roadmap plan and the success of the interim phase in Iraq, discussing the French amendments on the UN security council resolution concerning Iraq in order to ensure the change from the logic of occupation to the political logic.
The source stressed that President Chirac will debate with President Mubarak the French ideas concerning the needed reforms of the institution of the United Nations.
