Message from Bush to al-Hakim

The new leader of the higher council of the Islamic revolution Abdul Aziz al-Hakim said yesterday that the US President George W. Bush wants to solve the security problem in Iraq.
Al-Hakim said, after his appointment as a leader of the council following the assassination of his brother Muhammad Baqer al-Hakim in a booby trapped car on Friday "I received yesterday, Tuesday. A message from Bush and I think he wishes to solve the security problem" in Iraq.
