Syrian agricultural projects in Sudan

Syrian Productive Projects Administration was charged with the investment of a large agricultural project in Sudan in the interests of the two states.
The Sudanese government has allocated an fertile area of land estimated at 12600 hectare in al-Jazeera district in al-Hasahisa governorate.
The Chief of the evaluation team, Abdul Lateef al-Agami said that this project will offer substantial economic ground to enhance the Arab solidarity and to strengthen the Syrian-Sudanese relations.
In this regard, a delegation representing the Syrian Productive Projects Administration visited Khartoum from 22 to 29 of the current month to follow-up the execution of the project.
