New Chief of Constitutional Court takes oath

Counselor Mamdouh Mohey Eddine Marei, new Chief of the Supreme Constitutional Court, on Tuesday took the constitutional oath before President Hosni Mubarak in succession of late counselor Dr Fathi Naguib.
