Mubarak keen on private sector role in Arab common market

Egypt's Minister of Supply and Home Trade, Hassan Khedr, said that the Egyptian government was keen on providing comprehensive guardianship for the private sector to flourish and increase its participation in the development process.
Speaking to a preparatory meeting of Arab chambers of commerce, industry and agriculture, Khedr said that the current session of the Arab chambers in Alexandria was held under the auspices of President Hosni Mubarak, a token of his encouragement of the Arab private sector to become a positive partner in achieving the Arab economic, financial, trade and industrial unity.
President Mubarak was fully confident in the capabilities.of Arab private sector to realize the long-waited-for Arab common market.
