Inter- Sudanese negotiations in Kenya suspended indefinitely
The 7th round of peace negotiations between the Sudanese government and the rebels led by John Garang in Kenya will be suspended tomorrow following weeks of negotiations during which the two sides have failed to reach a solution for pending issues according to the Kenyan mediator Lazaraos Simbayo yesterday.

Negotiations in Libya, de Villepin is optimist
The French Foreign Minister Dominique de Villepin said yesterday that representatives of families of the victims of the French Uta plane which had accused Libya of blowing it up in 1989 headed for Libya on Thursday to make consultations with International Charity Foundation Kaddafi which is chaired by Saif Al-Islam Kaddafi, son of Libya's leader on a deal for a better compensation than that they received in 1999.

Two US soldiers killed in Iraq, Spanish base attacked, Turkey considers sending troops
Two American soldiers were killed yesterday in the city of al-Hella to the south of Baghdad and two other soldiers were captured to the west of Baghdad, while a Spanish military base was exposed to artillery bombardment in al-Dewaneyah, and the UN has announced launching an airline bridge between Baghdad and Amman to evacuate workers of the UN organization from Iraq back to their home countries.
