Lahoud describes UN Iraq explosion as criminal act

Lebanese President Emil Lahoud has stressed that the bombardment at the United Nations' headquarter is a criminal act because it targeted the United Nations' role and the principles.
In a speech read by Minister of Administration Development during the sit-in that was staged in front of the United Nations' headquarter yesterday, Lahoud asserted that this criminal act didn't target the United Nations only but also Iraq and the region as a whole.
