Iraq-USA, Military, 8/20/2003
An unidentified Iraqi organization carrying the name of "Iraqi resistance" vowed "before the Arab people and Arab officials and liberals of the world" yesterday that the Iraq will be freed by the resistance operations.
It said "Iraqi resistance will defeat the American, British and Zionist occupation" and "will liberate Iraq from occupation and return it back free and independent to its international community."
In a statement issued yesterday, the organization hoped that "the Arab leaders in particular and the free world in general not to repeat the tragedy of Palestine in Iraq" as " the Arab rulers stand in particular as viewers to the daily Israeli crimes in the occupied lands and the crimes of occupation in heroic Iraq, motionless."
