$ 525 surplus in petroleum hard currency revenues

Minister of Petroleum Sameh Fahmi, said the Petroleum Sector achieved a surplus of hard currency estimated at $ 525 million at the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) during the fiscal year (FY) 2002/2003.
"The hard currency revenues of the sector increased by 22% compared to the previous FY. The total petroleum revenues in 2002/2003 FY hit LE. 5.2 billion," he underlined.
