Israeli forces invade Jenin, commander in Jihad movement killed

News reports in occupied Palestinian territories said that Israeli forces launched yesterday afternoon a large attack against Jenin camp to the north of the West Bank. The reports said that more than 20 military vehicles are besieging the camp amid intensive and indiscriminate fire by the occupation forces.

Earlier, the Israeli occupation forces blew up a house in al-Khalil to which Muhammad Sader resorted, a local leader in the Islamic Jihad movement, this was in a breaking-in campaign against Palestinian suicide bombers in the West Bank.

One of the Islamic Jihad members in the West Bank, Sheikh Bassam al-Saadi, said in a statement that Muhammad Sader was killed in this operation which was attended by members of the army and the Israeli internal security forces ( Shein Beit.) Al-Saadi said that this an assassination operation comes in the context of the occupation crimes. He stressed that these crimes will not go unpunished and that Sharon will pay the price.

Yesterday at dawn, the Israeli army detonated the family home of the executor of the suicide operation which took place on Tuesday near Ariel settlement in the West Bank in a camp for the Palestinian refugees in Nablus.

News reports from Ramullah said that the security situation in the West Bank deteriorated, as one house was demolished in al-Khalil and a campaign of arrest was launched in search of wanted persons in Hamas by the Israeli occupation army, and the Islamic Jihad movements and acts of detention in Toulkarem and Ramullah.

To the south of Gaza, 7 Israeli tanks incurred and two bulldozers yesterday at dawn in al-Barahema area in Rafah for an area of 100 meters and demolished a two sortey building.
