Athletics: two Moroccan marathon runners in world championships

Two Moroccan women Marathon runners will represent Morocco for the first time in the World Championships in Athletics that will be held in Paris this August 23-31 in Paris.
Hanane Farhoune and Kenza Ouahbi winner of Barcelona marathon in 2003 will represent Morocco in this competition.
Three time World 1500m champion, Hicham El Guerrouj, will lead the men's team. The World 1500m and Mile record holder has been named for both 1500m and 5000m, while reigning World 400m Hurdles champion Nezha Bidouane tops the women's list.
The Moroccan team that will take part in the event will be composed of 26 athletes, including 8 women.
