Al-Shara phone call from Spanish counterpart Ana Palacio

Syria's Foreign Minister Farouk al-Shara received a telephone call from his Spanish counterpart Ana Palacio. Al-Shara briefed Palacio with the military escalation in South Lebanon and the continued Israeli breaches to Lebanon's lands.
