Al-Shara hold telephone talks with Shalqam

Syria's Foreign Minister Farouk al-Shara received yesterday evening a telephone call from secretary of the Libyan people's general committee for foreign contacts and international cooperation Abdul Rahman Shalqam on bilateral ties between the two states and issues of mutual concern.
