Assad ratifies oil contract with American company
Syria-USA, Local, 8/11/2003
Syria's President Bashar al-Assad on Sunday issued Legislative Decree No.43 for the year 2003 stipulating the ratification of the contract signed in Damascus on May 31st this year between the Syrian government and the Syrian Oil company and the two American companies Gulf Sands Petroleum Limited, and Ocean Energy.
