Morocco-Algeria dialogue, sole means to settle sahara issue, Moroccan fm says

The Sahara issue can be settled only through dialogue and negotiations "between us (Morocco) and the active and effective axis of this dispute, namely sisterly Algeria," Moroccan Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Minister, Mohamed Benaissa, said.
Benaissa, who was interviewed by Morocco's first TV channel TVM, recalled the contacts made by Morocco to explain that the Kingdom would not accept under any circumstances a settlement or a proposal imposed on it.
