King Mohammed promotes Lalla Meryem to major-colonel

Morocco's King Mohammed VI promoted here on Thursday at the Royal Palace, Princess Lalla Meryem, chairwoman of social welfare of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR) to the rank of Major-Colonel.
King Mohammed VI, supreme chief and Head of the General Chief of Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, was accompanied by Prince Moulay Rachid.
