Al-Assad meets with Lebanese figures

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad received yesterday Lebanese former Speaker of the Parliament Hussein al-Husseini on bilateral relations.
President al-Assad also received the Special Advisor of the Representative of the UN Secretary General in Iraq Ghassan Salamah. The two sides reviewed the situation in Iraq and UN exerted efforts there.
