Syrian and Turkish Relations highlighted by Turkish dailies

Turkish Milliyet and Joumhoureh daily newspapers have stressed that Syrian and Turkish relations are witnessing accelerating progress, adding that Syrian-Turkish relations are distinguished and are progressing stressing Turkey and Syria's wish to enhance these relations.
They asserted that the openness policy adopted by President Bashar al-Assad vis-a-vis Turkey in addition to the modernization undertaken by him contributed to boosting these relations. In their reports published yesterday in Ankara, the two newspapers referred to the outcomes of the Higher Syrian -Turkish Committee meetings and Premier's visit to Ankara.
