Al-Bajaji denies meeting with Peres in Rome: no relations with Israel before the Palestinian state
Member of the Iraqi transitional governing council Adnan al-Bajaji denied yesterday to have had held in Rome two weeks ago any meeting with the former Israeli prime minister Shimon Peres. He stressed that Iraq will not think of establishing diplomatic relations with Israel, unless an agreement is established by the Palestinians and the Israelis on the foundation of a Palestinian state.

The Swedish association defending Sahrawi Refugees in Tindouf (ADESETI) and the Barcelona-based association of Polisario Victims in Spain (ASVIPO) denounced tortures and abuses perpetrated by Polisario leaders against Sahrawis sequestered in Tindouf camps (southwestern Algeria).

Some 1,405 lodgings were distributed Tuesday to the poor and to Moroccan nationals who returned to the homeland from the camps of Tindouf (Algeria), where they were sequestered by the Polisario separatists group.

Kuwait: body of the Lebanese woman prisoner buried
A funeral was held yesterday in Kuwait for burying the body of the Lebanese woman Daad Omar Anis al-Hariri ( born April 4, 1957 ) who was recognized yesterday in a mass grave near al-Samawa area ( 200 Km to the south of Baghdad) in the presence of friends and relatives.
