Miro outlines Turkish businessmen opportunities in Syria

Syria's Prime Minister Mohammed Mustafa Miro met on Wednesday in Istanbul Turkish and Syrian businessmen. He stressed Syria's care for developing the standing cooperation and friendship asserting the importance of strengthening relations between the governmental institutions, the general sectors, the private sector and investors in both countries.
He asserted that exchanging visits in the economic and commercial activities in both countries have boosted cooperation and helped in revealing the obstacles hindering development of this cooperation and making it able to include the political, economic, cultural, scientific, and technological domains.
He stressed that this meeting will help in exchanging viewpoints and suggestions which in turn should develop the economic and the commercial activities and create the ideal atmosphere for the investment in both countries.
He underlined that the political, social and security stability, economic and political plurality, the activation of the role of the four economic sectors as well as the legislative decrees and laws, all these elements ensure the creation of an positive atmosphere for the investment in Syria.
He concluded by calling on Turkish businessmen and investors to establish investment projects in Syria.
For his part, Turkish Minister of State Korshad Tozman called for the establishment of a fruitful cooperation and joint projects between Syria and Turkey asserting their importance as two gates for Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Tozman asserted that Miro's visit to Turkey will play an important role in developing the economic relations between the two countries.
