Morocco's King Mohammed VI received this Friday at the Royal palace of Tetuan (northern Morocco) French prime minister, Jean-Pierre Raffarin. Go

The council's secretary general Muhammad Ali Koumna announced that the agreement was amended in its second article "by adding financing and provoking as well as raising funds to terrorist organizations and considering that of criminal acts."
