Morocco denies press reports that Pakistan ever recognized sahrawi republic

Morocco DeMorocco's ministry of foreign affairs and cooperation stressed this Tuesday that the Islamic Republic of Pakistan had never recognized the Sahrawi republic.
The official source was reacting to some press reports alleging that Pakistan withdrew two years ago its recognition of the puppet republic, self proclaimed by the secessionist Polisario group that claims the independence of Moroccan southern provinces. The Moroccan ministry says actually Pakistan had never recognized the Sahrawi republic.
