Helping Morocco in democratic transition serves Andalusia's interests, spanish official

Morocco is the most democratic and open country in the south of the Mediterranean and it is in our own interest to help the country's in its democratic transition, Andalusia's local minister, Gaspar Zarrias Arevalo, said on Friday. Arevalo noted during the closing session of Morocco's Week in Andalusia that the north African country has currently started a phase that Spain lived 30 years ago, stressing that Andalusia is ready to support closer cooperation with Morocco for the welfare of the two neighboring peoples.
