Arab National Conference and the transitional government council in Iraq

General Secretariat of the Arab National Conference has rejected an American decision stipulating forming a transitional government council subjugated to the American administrator in Iraq.
In a statement issued yesterday in Amman, the secretariat indicated that this decision is made by the American occupation forces and it should be rejected by all Arab and Islamic states and by the international community because it aims at giving the American occupation legitimacy and justify its violation to Iraq's sovereignty, independence and resources.
