Al-Assad ratifies oil agreement in decrees

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad on Sunday issued Legislative Decree No. 34/ for the year 2003 stipulating the ratification of the enclosed contract signed between Syria and Swedish-Canadian Dublin Co. for the development of oil in Syria.
