Saudi final arrangements to join WTO

Saudi Arabia has announced it is making final arrangements to join the World Trade Organization by the end of this year following negotiations that lasted 7 years with members states in the organizations.
The Saudi acting secretary of trade and commerce industry, Fawaz al-Alami, said that the chairman of the negotiating delegation said that 16 bilateral agreements will be signed with member states in the organization during the next phase after 13 bilateral agreements have already been signed so as the joining agreement document will be submitted to the organization's common council for a vote by 146 members in preparation to declare after which Saudi Arabia would gain full membership in the organization.
