Libya, Niger for boosting relations

Libya's Leader of the Revolution Colonel Muammar al Qathafi and President of Niger Muhammad Tanja on Saturday evening in Tripoli discussed bilateral relations and African issues.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed means of enhancing the African federation and promotion of its establishments.
