Al-Baz, Larsen review ME developments

Egyptian President's Political Advisor, Osama Al-Baz reviewed in Cairo on Thursday with the UN Envoy for the Middle East peace Terry Rod Larsen, developments in the region, the exerted efforts for moving the Middle East peace process forward in addition to means of implementation of the Roadmap.
In a statement, Larsen stressed the necessity of working on all tracks for realizing just and comprehensive peace on the basis of the international resolutions and "land for peace" formula.
He warned against dangers of the continued Israeli escalation of tension against the Palestinian people.
Larsen also stressed the necessity for the implementation of the roadmap in a balance way between the Palestinian side and Israel for reaching to the establishment of Palestinian state.
Meanwhile, Al-Baz, during a symposium, asserted that just and comprehensive peace would not be realized except through the full Israeli withdrawal form all the occupied Arab territories to June, 4, 1967 line and giving the Palestinian people their legitimate rights including establishment of an independent state with Jerusalem its capital.
