Colombian deputy-speaker announces reopening of Colombian embassy in Rabat

Deputy-speaker of the Colombian parliament, Telesfora Pedrasa, announced here on Tuesday that the Colombian embassy in Rabat, which was temporarily closed for "financial reasons," will soon reopen, the House of Representatives said in a release.

Pedrasa, who started on Monday a work visit to the Kingdom, held talks with speaker of the House of Representatives, Abdelouahed Radi, and vice-speaker of the House of Advisors, Mohamed Fadili, about political dialogue between Morocco and Colombia, the reinforcement of contacts between the two countries' legislative bodies and economic and cultural cooperation.
