Straw concludes a visit to Kuwait

The British foreign office secretary Jack Straw yesterday concluded a short visit to Kuwait during which he held talks with the first deputy of the Kuwaiti Premier and foreign minister Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah and with several other Kuwaiti officials that dealt with bilateral relations and latest developments in the region especially the situation in Iraq.
Straw had arrived earlier in Kuwait in a one day visit after which he headed to Iraq to inspect the British forces there.
