Morocco, Portugal agree to boost strategic partnership

Morocco and Portugal decided to Energize their Strategic Partnership. This determination was emphasized at a joint press conference held by Portuguese foreign minister, Martines da Cruz and Moroccan peer, Mohammed Benaissa. Martines renewed his country's support for Morocco so that it enjoys an advanced status with the European Union.
The two officials announced that a mission of Portuguese heads of enterprises will visit Morocco shortly to probe new investment opportunities, especially in public works, infrastructures, tourism and new technologies. Another mission will go to Morocco to discuss joint ventures to restore monuments of the Portuguese heritage in Morocco.
