Moroccan minister meets US under secretary for political affairs

Moroccan delegate minister for foreign affairs and cooperation, Taieb Fassi Fihri, currently on a visit to the US, met here on Thursday with US undersecretary of state for political affairs, Marc Grossman.
The two officials reviewed bilateral relations, the situation in the Maghreb and the evolution of the Palestinian issue. Fihri is the chief negotiator for the Morocco-US free trade agreement, scheduled to be sealed before end of 2003.
