Saudi Arabia: 40 billions in investment projects to be available

The governor of the general commission for investment in Saudi Arabia Prince Abdullah Bin Faisal Bin Turkey has announced that tremendous investment projects will be available during the coming years for all local and foreign investments in the Kingdom estimated at 40 billion dollars.

The Saudi official news agency quoted Prince Abdullah as saying, during a meeting at the headquarters of businesses directors in London on Wednesday that these projects concentrate on the areas of providing potable waters, electricity generation, and telecommunications and health services.

He explained that meeting the needs of increasing number of citizens require more investments in the service sectors which will be open to foreign and local investments, noting that the history of foreign investment in the kingdom started 70 years ago.
