Xerox vice president lauds investment in Egypt

US Xerox Executive Vice-President Carlos Pascual, said Egypt would have the main part of the new investments of his company in the coming period.
"Xerox was planning to increase its investments in the Middle East region, the focus of which was Egypt," he added.
Emerging from a meeting with Prime Minister, Atef Ebeid, Pascual said he expressed pleasure over the presence of his company on the Egyptian market.
He highlighted to Ebeid the influential presence of his company on the Egyptian market as great technological progress was introduced in the local market and for export.
"The total investments of Xerox in Egypt amounted to LE. 200 million, and it employed 600 people in addition to 1000 distributers," he added.
"The international company would focus in the coming stage on upgrading of products and increase of exports to international markets," he underlined.
