Morocco's Ouaziz to vie for minimum performance at 5,000 m in Oslo

Moroccan athlete, Zahra Ouaziz, who will line up at women's 5,000 m race in Oslo will be vying for a minimum performance during the Golden League event. The last time Ouaziz, vice world champ in 1999 (Sevilla) and bronze medal winner in Goetborg in 1995, showed up at a 5,000 m race was in September 1999 in the Berlin meeting.
Ouaziz, who won silver twice in the cross court (1998 and 2000) will try to make the minimum timing of 15'08"70 required for next August's Paris open air world championships. The athlete also plans to line up in the Lausanne meeting, Paris-Saint Denis and Rome in July as well as in Stockholm (August).
