The Syrian prime minister Muhammad Mustafa Miro has issued several decisions to license the Democratic Arab federation party to issue a paper under the name: the Democratic Arab, issued in Damascus every 2 month.

Another license was given for Fariz al-Ashmar to issue an advertising bi-monthly magazine under the name of " al- Ejazaa" ( the leave ) in Arabic in Damascus, while Mohsin Maqsoud was licensed to issue a seasonal engineering magazine in Damascus in Arabic under the name "engineering innovations."

The prime minister also issued a decision to change the name of the already licensed publications "Syrian News" in the name of Juheina Issa to "Rising Syria" issued monthly in Damascus in English.
