The governing council of the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) will meet here this June 25-27, BADEA said in a release.
The council will examine the funding of several projects and new technical aids to many African countries.
Since it started activities in 1975, BADEA has approved, as of 2002, US $2.5 billion in investments to several African countries.
The Khartoum-based financial institution was created under a resolution of the 6th Arab summit held in November 1973 in Algiers.
