Moroccan PM, EC president underscore Morocco's privileged status in its ties with EU

Moroccan prime minister, Driss Jettou, had talks in Brussels Tuesday with president of the European commission, Romano Prodi, on Morocco-EU relations, which they termed as "excellent and exemplary."
In a statement to the press after the meeting, Jettou voiced Morocco's satisfaction over the union's policy which moves towards consolidating the "privileged status" that the kingdom enjoys in its ties with the European Union.
