Efforts to boost Libyan, French relations

The secretary of the Libyan people's general committee for foreign contacts and international cooperation, Abdul Rahman Shalqam, received a message from the French Foreign minister Dominique de Villepin on bilateral relations and means of developing and boosting them in all fields as well as means of maintaining cooperation between Libya and France concerning international issues.
The Libyan dailies issued yesterday said that the French ambassador to Libya handed over the message to Shalqam during a meeting with him on Monday evening.
