Qathafi requires public officials to be highly qualified; make use of globalization

Libya's Leader of the Revolution Colonel Muammar al Qathafi has renewed his call for the need to benefit of globalization and the investment of the money and technology by those who do not possess it, the official Jamahiriya news agency reported.
Speaking to session of the General Peoples Congress, he said "that globalization provides all forms of advanced technology, which may enable us to replace many local service utilities such as telecommunications in all forms, all broadcasting and newspapers. He emphasized the need to benefit intelligently of globalization so that we do not become slaves."
Qathatfi stressed that those elevated to public positions must be highly qualified for the positions they hold.
