The struggle against illiteracy has become a national issue that concerns everyone, said in Dakhla, state secretary in charge of alphabetization and informal education, Najima Ghozali.
Chairing the launching of the nationwide Literacy campaign "Massirat Ennour "March for Light" in the southern region of Oued Eddahab-Lagouira, Ghozali stressed that "fighting the plague requires joint efforts by all components of the Moroccan society."
