Volleyball: Morocco in group D of world U-17 championships

The Moroccan national volleyball team was drawn in group D of the world Under 17 championships, to be held next July 5-13 in Suphanburi (Thailand).
Group D also includes Iran, the Netherlands and Italy.
The Moroccan team will play the first match against Iran on July 5.
The Moroccan national team booked qualification to the world championships following qualifiers last April 11-13 in Casablanca with Algeria, Tunisia, and Sudan.
Egypt, Africa's second representative, are in group B with Russia, China and Slovakia.
The Egyptian team qualified directly as Africa's champion.
