King Mohammed holds phone talks with Mauritanian president

Morocco's King Mohammed VI on Monday held phone talks with President Mu'aweya Wild Taye' of Mauritania, the Mauritanian national radio reported. The king was the first foreign leader to call President Ould Taya following the failed coup attempt, the radio said.
Taye' briefed King Mohammed VI on the latest developments in his country and reassured the king that the situation returned to normal.
