Court to hand out sentence in journalist case next week

The court of appeal of Rabat on Tuesday said it will hand out on June 17 its sentence in the case of Ali Lamrabet, a journalist sued for "libelling the King and breaching Morocco's sacred values and territorial integrity." Lambrabet and his attorneys withdrew from the hearing to protest "unfair trial and failure to heed the defense rights."
