US start third FTA round
Morocco-USA, Economics, 6/5/2003
Morocco and the United States are currently holding here the third round of negotiations for the conclusion of a free trade accord.
The new round of talks is co-chaired by Taieb Fassi Fihri, Delegate Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation and Moroccan chief negotiator and Ms. Cathy Novelli, Chief U.S. negotiator. US ambassador to Morocco, Ms. Margaret Tutwiler had told MAP news agency that her country and Morocco scored important progress towards the conclusion of the accord. The objective is achievable before the end of the year, she said.
