Arab international conference for nutritional industries

The Arab International Conference for Nutritional Industries (AUNI) was opened yesterday in Damascus organized by the Arab union for Nutritional Industries under the title of "the joint Arab Market and the Future horizons."

Industry Minister Issam al-Zaeem represented the Prime Minister at the opening ceremony of the conference.

In a speech to the Conference, al-Zaeem called the AUNI to prepare studies in the field of the technical renovation and its effects on the health.

He called for the Arab nutritional industries development and renovation.

He clarified that the Arab free zone agreement in 2005 oblige everyone to remove the hurdles placed by Arab states in their trade with each other caused by the different economic policies in each state.

Researchers and specialists in nutritional industries from Syria and Egypt and a number of Arab and international organizations are participating in this two days conference.
