Al-Shara confers with Norway's envoy

Syria's Foreign Minister Farouk al-Shara received in Damascus yesterday the special Representative of the Norwegian Foreign Minister.
Talks during the meeting dealt with the current situation in the Middle East and the future of the peace process.
Al-Shara stressed that achieving just and comprehensive peace requires the implementation of the international resolutions and Madrid reference resolutions.
He added that achieving peace also requires Israeli complete commitment to reach a just solution to the Palestinian refugees' cause asserting the necessity for their return to their lands in line with the United Nations' resolutions.
Talks also dealt with the standing relations between Syria and Norway and means of boosting them in all domains.
