Muller: we will continue to support Yemen in fighting terrorism

The director of the US Federal Investigation Bureau ( FBI) Robert Muller stressed following talks he had held with the Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh that his country will continue its support for Yemen especially in the area of terrorism fighting.
Muller who arrived in Yemen in a short visit coming from Saudi Arabia said that Washington will continue "its support for Yemen in its war against terrorism and to develop relations with it in various fields."
The Yemeni news agency quoted an official spokesman saying that "Muller who visits Yemen for the third time since the September 11 events discussed with President Saleh fields of joint cooperation between Yemen and the USA in the security field and the exchange of information, terrorism fighting and in serving security and stability in the region."
The agency said Muller "praised during the meeting President Saleh and cooperation between the two countries and the efforts made by Yemen in the field of fighting terrorism." The American official handed over Saleh a message from the President George W. Bush about which the official spokesman said contains "thanks and appreciation of the American administration for Yemen over the efforts it makes in the field of terrorism fighting."
