Alwan: Some 35 Sudanese looters killed

Some 35 persons of armed looting and rebel gangs and 12 shepherds were killed in clashes that erupted between them in Mardeeb area to the north of al-Jneina city, the capital of West Darfour province, which adjoins Chad's borders.
The Sudanese Alwan ( colors) issued yesterday said that the rebels and the armed looters transferred their activities from Darfour province after they were chased by the Sudanese government's forces following the incidents of al-Fasher city to al-Jneina area and tried to steal camels but the shepherds clashed with them and gained three jeep cars for the rebels after the killing of 35 persons of them.
